VINCENT BONAZZOLIVincent Bonazzoli is presently the principal and sole owner
of The Vincent E. Bonazzoli Law Firm, P.C., a firm concentrating in
Advanced Estate Planning, Retirement and Wealth Strategies, as well
as, General Estate Planning.
Vincent is an Instructor for the Certified Financial Planner Programs
at Boston University. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer, instructor
and radio guest speaker on Retirement Planning, Estate Planning,
and Medicaid Planning techniques for accountants, financial professionals,
insurance professionals, and the general public. He is also an Adjunct
Professor of the Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice and Senior
Fellow of the Estate & Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan
State University in East Lansing, MI.
Vinnie is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, including
its Probate Law Section and Property Law Sections; Board of Director
and Second Vice President of the Essex County Massachusetts Estate
Planning Counsel; National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys;
Wealth Counsel LLC; and The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
MATTHEW A. TAVRIDES
Matt Tavrides practices law exclusively in the area of estate and
wealth strategies planning. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the
State Bar of Georgia, and the District of Columbia Bar. Matt is
a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the
Central Florida Estate Planning Council, The National Committee
on Planned Giving, and the Planned Giving Council of Central Florida.
Matt has served his estate planning colleagues across the country
as a mentor coach in the Practice Builder Program of Coach For Life,
Inc. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and workshops for other
professionals and at public engagements. He is a contributing author
of a book on planned charitable giving entitled Giving: Philanthropy
for Everyone. Matt co-hosted a weekly radio talk show called From
Here to Eternity where he helped listeners successfully plan for
today, tomorrow and beyond.
Matt is an active member of his community through various civic
and service organizations and as a Sunday school teacher and member
of his church’s parish council and Sunday school teacher.
Matt lives in Orlando, Florida and is the very proud father of two
beautiful daughters, Julia and Madeline, who are the center of his
universe.
WILLIAM DEITCH
William Deitch is the founder of The Law Office of William A. Deitch
and concentrates his practice in Estate Planning. He uses the most
advanced techniques in the estate planning field including living
trusts, dynasty trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable
remainder trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and family
limited partnerships.
Education and Background. Mr. Deitch received his B.A. with highest
distinction from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana.
Mr. Deitch received his J.D. from DePaul University. He was involved
in student government, the International Law Society and the Phi
Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He won the American Bar Association/DePaul
University client counseling competition.
Mr. Deitch is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning
Attorneys, Wealthcounsel, and the Illinois Wisconsin Forum of Estate
Planning Attorneys.
Mr. Deitch is a frequent speaker on the topic of estate planning,
teaching the public, other attorneys and accounting professionals.
Mr. Deitch is an Adjunct Professor at the College of DuPage since
1999 teaching a highly regarded Continuing Education course to C.P.A.’s
on Estate Planning. Mr. Deitch is a contributing author of the Estate
Planning primer titled “Your Life, Your Legacy” published
in 2003.
Work Experience. Mr. Deitch served as an associate at Fleischer
& Associates as well as James Canal & Associates. Mr. Deitch
then worked for the Shorr Packaging Corp. prior to his founding
of The Law Office of William A. Deitch, P.C.
GREGORY C. HAMILTON
Gregory C. Hamilton is a shareholder at Mall, Hamilton & Associates,
P.C. He graduated cum laude from the Detroit College of Law. He
has practiced law for 19 years and is a member of the National Network
of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Wayne County Probate Bar Association,
the Oakland County Probate Section, the Oakland County Bar association,
the State Bar of Michigan, the Financial and Estate Planning Council
of Metropolitan Detroit, Leave a Legacy, and the National Committee
on Planned Giving.
Greg is a past president of the Wayne County Probate Bar Association,
is currently on its board of directors, and serves as a mediator
for the Wayne County Probate Court. He is a mentor coach for Coach
for Life, Inc. coaching programs.
Greg serves as chairman of the Birmingham YMCA Board of Directors
and is a former co-lay leader of the Metropolitan United Methodist
Church, where he was a co-head usher for 10 years. He is a Cub Scout
assistant pack master, a Boy Scout volunteer, and coaches for the
YMCA in soccer, basketball, football, and baseball. He was awarded
Volunteer of the Year in 2000 for the Birmingham YMCA.
Greg and his wife, Jan, have organized and now lead a work mission.to
Liepaja, Latvia, and a handbell choir tour of Latvia, Lithuania,
and Estonia. He and Jan have played in the Metropolitan United Methodist
handbell choir for 18 years.
Karen L. Brady
Karen L. Brady is an estate planning attorney with over fifteen
years legal experience. Her practice is limited to estate planning
and business planning. She is a frequent speaker on motivational
and technical topics of interest to business owners, financial professionals,
and other attorneys. Karen has written several books, including
When a Child Needs Help: Guardianships in Colorado. Karen is working
on her newest book, tentatively titled “Growing Your Business
Up and Out: The Stages of Business Growth and How to Manage and
Achieve Them”.
Karen received her law degree magna cum laude from the University
of Michigan Law School. Karen's bachelor of arts was awarded cum
laude from Georgetown University.
Karen is married and has two children.
